Pros: The hotel is an absolute 10! Except for breakfast, everything was perfect. The quality of service offered by staff was second to none. Very comfortable room with every possible amenity you might expect. Also perfectly located right next to the Imperial Gardens and in a great location to explore.

Cons: Breakfast was a disappointment. Not what I would anticipate for a hotel of such standard. The service was extremely slow, the offering limited and quality not what you would hope for.

Pros: Very nice hotel and perfectly located for shopping needs. However, expensive

Cons: We’ve been surprised to find out that somebody booked the whole bar in the hotel for the private party on Friday night - so hotel guests should look around for alternative solutions. This is probably first time for me to have such an experience with 5 star hotel.

Very good location, very nice staff, beautiful room, great spa, but no atmosphere and very bad sofa bed

Pros: The location and some beautiful details about the room. The dressing room was great, kids goodies in the bathroom The spa/pool be area is amazing

Cons: Breakfast is way too limited for westerners. The sofa bed in our room was very uncomfortable (cheapest mattress ever) The overall atmosphere is luxurious but also quite dead…coming back to the hotel at 21 was like entering a cemetery…maybe because it s off season, but other hotels we ve been to don’t present this situation at all…
