Good hotel close to metro station

Cons: I asked for room service and it didn’t happen, a bit pricy but it’s Tokyo

Pros: Excellent hotel with staff that goes above and beyond❤️❤️❤️ The hotel left an excellent impression. Despite the language barrier (I have limited English and Japanese), the staff was incredibly friendly and customer-oriented. We always found a way to communicate, and everything, including check-in, was handled smoothly. My stay was wonderful. I would also like to highlight the impeccable cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and convenient location: everything you need convenience stores, restaurants, public transport is within easy walking distance. The hotel is very beautiful, and the price fully justifies the quality of the stay. Thank you so much! I'll be happy to come back again.

Great value in central Tokyo

Pros: Location is brilliant, minutes walk to Metro,near Imperial Palace, lots of good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Room typically bejou but very comfortable

Cons: The lift system is a bit weird. There is only one and in the morning it's very busy. There appeared to be no stairs and no alternative leading to long waits.

A good place to stay at when in Tokyo

Pros: Location The accommodation is ideally situated, making it easy to get around the area. Its proximity to a nearby metro station ensures convenient access to public transportation. Additionally, the street is lined with a variety of restaurants and several convenience stores, providing plenty of options for dining and quick shopping. Room The room itself is on the smaller side and offers limited storage space. Despite this, it remains comfortable and suitable for a pleasant stay. Breakfast Breakfast is available as a buffet and features a wide selection, offering guests a great way to start their day.

Cons: Accessibility and Elevator Service The property does not have stairs for regular use—stairs are available only in case of emergency. For accessing the guest room floors, there is just one elevator. Unfortunately, this elevator operates extremely slowly, which negatively impacted our experience. Room Comfort and Temperature Control We encountered issues with the room thermostat, as it did not appear to function properly. As a result, the room became uncomfortably overheated during our stay. Reception Staff Support The staff at the reception desk could benefit from improving their English language proficiency, as well as their ability to assist guests effectively. In these areas, we felt somewhat disappointed by the level of service provided.

Pros: Balanced hotel in terms of facilities and comfort. Cleanliness and staffs very helpful.

Cons: Didn't get a room with a view but not a big issue.

Pros: Great location, close to train station, lots of great restaurants & convenience stores. Room was small but clean. Would stay again.

Pros: The hotel is well located, with convenient metro access and close proximity to major tourist attractions. There are many food options nearby, and the room was cleaned thoroughly and well maintained throughout the stay.

Pros: Great location, good street lots of pubs and right next to station to get everywhere!

Cons: Room could be a little bit bigger, tight squeeze for 2 with suitcases.
