Pros: Great location, short walk to shop, restaurant and train station good size of room for family, plenty of space for family room

Cons: Some noise at night from restaurant but not effected us much.

Good location and price

Pros: Location was great and room was a decent size when compared to other Japanese hotels

Cons: It’s very close to the train line and out room was right next to it, so you could the trains going by at night time.

Great hotel Superb location

Pros: Steps from Ueno Station, this hotel is perfectly situated within a lively shopping area packed with fashion, shoes, and delicious street food.

Cons: Cooking odors from the ground-floor restaurant frequently drift up, making the smell noticeable inside the room. The mattress was too firm.

I love it. Everything is very convenient!

Pros: I like the location of the hotel. Very close to ueno station and all the tourists attractions. With halal food and the shops at ameyoko shopping street, ueno park. Very close with metro station and JR as well.

Cons: It combines with the restaurant at GF, it smells quite strong at the lobby area and a bit loud with the crowd. But once you get to the room, everything is okay.

Clean and convenient

Pros: Great location close to train station and many restaurants. Surpisingly quiet room despite restaurant underneath. Friendly check in staff. Great to have a washing machine in room. Very clean.

Cons: No option to store luggage on site after checkout and not able to pay for/book a late check out. We had an evening flight and kids in tow so we opted to book an extra night. Kettle provided but only plastic cups to make tea. A clothes drying rack would be helpful.

The location was fantastic and perfectly situated for exploring Ueno

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the overall experience was excellent. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight — the food was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: Unlike other Tokyo hotels we stayed at, we can finally open our 4 luggages at this hotel. So hard to find space in Tokyo but this one was so good. We were so comfortable. Also we had free Netflix. So happy. So convenient as well with attractions and restaurants right around you. Annoying the train to airport requires seat reservation before boarding and there are lines to buy them which we didn't expect.

Cons: The light in the bathroom can't be switched off. There were no walls and doors between bathroom and bed so the light was annoying to fall asleep with. Bed seemed smaller than double - felt the blanket was a single size.
