Chic stay in the soul of Tokyo

Pros: Fantastic location for restaurants and nightlife as well as transport, and a lovely smaller village vibe than some parts of Tokyo. Love the laneways and food choices fabulous. Beautiful shrine nearby. Check out at 11am also very generous. The free early bird tour was also fun..even if it was in Japanese.

Cons: All good.

Pros: The rooms are Tokyo small for two but very manageable for one. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s terrific that you retrieve amenities in the lobby as needed to avoid waste.

Clean room, convenient location. Would stay again.

Pros: Very convenient neighbourhood, easy access to a number of metro lines. Have lots of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms though keeping a suitcase opened in the room is a bit tricky. The day/night activities provided by the hotel was a nice touch.

Cons: Would be great if early checkin can be accommodated.

Great base for exploring Tokyo

Pros: Great location near 3 stations so easy to get anywhere, great food around the location and coffee spot right next door to start our days.

Pros: Very convenient location, easy access to multiple metro lines. Rooms are clean. Although room is not very small and there is even a small sofa, the layout made it difficult to open a suitcase.

Cons: Self check-in at the machine was a bit tricky when the booking has multiple names but the staff helped us out. And seems the hotel will not entertain early check-in requests.

Calm and comfy hotel.

Pros: A beautifully designed and well kept hotel. Staff were so polite and helpful. Beds were comfy. Loved the pyjamas and the free perfume making and relaxing bath salts. Well positioned for two metro stops and many restaurants.

Cons: Booked this hotel in the hope of a high floor. Our 4th floor ‘city view’ was a wall. High floor rooms are assigned by chance, so if you are after that probably not the best hotel to choose. Also be careful of tiny bars in area. A visit to a jazz bar cost us £35 for two beers!!

Pros: Great location - it took us a max of 30 minutes via metro or train to get where we wanted to go (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihibara). Staff are friendly and rooms are very clean! Rooms are small of course, but that’s typical for a Tokyo hotel.

High quality, clean hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Overall rooms, facilities and shared spaces were of a high quality. Showers in particular were great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice coffee shop on ground floor.

Cons: Rooms were on the smaller side but from our searches were not out of line with others in Tokyo.
